Great job Chris!! Thorough review of existing electrical set up. Comprehensive, detailed report showing what was needed for repair. Report provided options for the customer to select what worked for his/her budget. I liked the text that was sent prior to arrival so customer could track arrival of electrician. Also, within the text, company sent a picture of the electrician and a brief bio so customer knew who was going to show up for the job. Great, thorough job completed in a very timely manner.

I recently purchased a home that needed some electrical updates in the kitchen. Stephen from AstroWatt came out to take a look and also did a pass of everything else in the home to make sure things were safe. In the process, he suggested a few other items that should be dealt with and presented me with three comprehensive quotes. The first for doing all of the work suggested, the second to do some of the more important work now, and the third to just do the work I had originally requested. There was no pressure or "what if something bad happens" comments to make me choose the more expensive package over the other options, just clear explanations and answers to my questions.A few days later, Grant was out and completed all of the work in a quick, professional manner, took the time to walk me through what he was going to do before he started and then walked me through again after he finished, and answered all of my questions about how the new equipment would function and how they were installed.Overall, I'm 100% happy with the service and AstroWatt will be the first call I make when I need electrical work done on my home.

This review is limited to Astrowatt's visit to make a proposal. Thoroughness characterized the evaluation of the electrical services that I was shopping for. The electrician who visited is named Colby, and he explained with significant detail what parts would be involved, what the final appearance would be, and how much time the work would take. Before the visit, you receive a text message with the electrician's photo and some words about his or her background. I was impressed with this. Haven't decided yet to use Astrowatt's services, but 5 stars on the visit and the evaluation.

We have used AstroWatt numerous times and once again they did not let us down. Stephen arrived within the designated time, explained our options and completed the work to our satisfaction. Working in the attic on a hot summer's day could not be the most pleasant working conditon and yet not a complaint was uttered.
