His explanation of the current situation and options of path forward was clear, precise and understandable. Appreciate the respect of the home- entrance mat, shoe covers- A+ service. Advice to others- if price point matters, one may be disappointed. AstroWatt is not the cheapest nor should they be. Experience, respectful, experienced Techs like Christian is worth the cost. Love this company. I saw one of their trucks in my neighborhood so I thought I'd give them a call to enquire about an EV charger installation. They were super nice and able to come out the next day. Eric showed up on time and was very nice and knowledgable. He got the work done quickly and it looks great. Highly recommend. Awesome customer service!

Matt and the team at AstroWatt were amazing!! They worked tirelessly over two full days and stayed late into the night (in the cold and rain) to walk us through the work that was done and to make sure that everything worked properly. The AstroWatt team are quite possibly the most polite service providers I've ever worked with, both personally and professionally. I would engage them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone looking for qualified electricians in the greater Research Triangle Area.

Very pleased with Astrowatt electric. We had two new outlets installed and 4 light cans converted to LED. Colby came out for the estimate, was on-time, super knowledgeable and very helpful helping us decide what we needed. A few days later we had Matthew from Astrowatt come out to do the work. He and his partner were also on time and very tidy and thorough. It took less time than they estimated. Everything works great and we would recommend using them.
